_Lab is our place for engaging deeply with our customers, partners and supply chain innovators, working collaboratively to scope and test best practice standards and innovations that are generated from our _Live projects.
The _Lab is a place focused on ‘hands-on’ development, knowledge exchange and capability development among the members, including a Cities Leadership Group made up of ENE.HUB local government customers.
What we’re thinking
One of the core enablers for scaling innovation and realising value is the way in which stakeholders work together. Traditionally technology companies are contracted to deliver a solution and/or service. They typically respond to a set brief, deliver and then depart.
At ENE.HUB we often have very different relationships with our customers, with some being 15-20yr service agreements. This is a very different type of relationship. There is a continual feedback loop, updates and upgrades are essential and success can be measured and interrogated.
Having the benefit of operating within these unique conditions, ENE.HUB will use the Lab to explore in a structured and comprehensive way, opportunities to accelerate scale and impact.
